Park Lane Villas
The Park Lane Villas is a former residential hotel, built in the early 1920s, along East Blvd in Cleveland's University Circle neighborhood. The once lovely Beaux-Arts building is being renovated to house 96 large one, two, and three-bedroom suites. Construction is beginning in April, 2006 with a completion date set for mid-2007.
