Decks, Lies and Videotape-Brent Braun
I like Braun's Triumph that allows a deck to be shuffled with half of the cards face-up and the other half face-down and the magician can show the interlaced cards. At the end, the deck is "straightened" with the exception of four of a kind.

Miracles from the Sock Drawer
I sometimes perform Paul Gallagher's color-changing silk routine when I've got really young kids. The routine offers lots of interaction and I've also used the trick with a safety-theme.

I've been using Mike Davis' three-phase jack sandwich routine that is found on this DVD. It's strong .
