Grilled Lemongrass Chicken - Best Ever!
Grilled chicken never tasted so good! This lemongrass grilled chicken blows other recipes out of the water. Plus it's super simple to make. Just toss a few key Thai ingredients into your food processor, pulse to a paste, marinate, and grill. We like ours spicy, hence the 2 chillies in the ingredients list, but feel free to adjust this according to your own spice-o-meter. The longer it marinates the better - I try to let it sit covered in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or up to 6. Serve it up with rice or over salad; there's no need for a side sauce, it's that flavorful!

Thai Lettuce Wraps with Beef and Fresh Basil
Crisp, crunchy, savory, with just the right amount of spice, these fresh Thai lettuce wraps make dinner into a pleasurable eating experience. They're easy to make too, and need I mention how healthy they are? Just get yourself a head of fresh lettuce, preferably some with wide, large leaves, and then stir-fry up the filling. For casual, everyday eating, here is the way I serve this dish: I put the whole wok on a pot-holder in the center of the table (serving it right in the wok keeps the filling hot). Set individual leaves on plate beside it. Add a small bowl of chopped cashews. Then tell everyone at the table to put their own wraps together. And if you have anyone at your table who loves it extra spicy, another side is Thai chili sauce (completely optional). Enjoy!

Thai Chicken Wings: Easy Fantastic Oven Recipe!
In restaurants chicken wings are usually deep-fried, making them heavy and often greasy. All the same, my husband is a huge fan of this style, so it took a really good recipe for him to be satisfied with an oven-cooked version. Now he actually prefers these to deep-fried, and I have to agree. These wings turn out crispy on the outside, tender-juicy on the inside, with just the right amount of spice. Here I've included a sweet chili dip that we love, but feel free to use your own favorite dip, or see below the recipe for more options. ENJOY!

Thai Pork with Lime & Mint Traditional Thai!
This traditional Thai dish features the flavor-popping flavors of lime and mint combined with pork and vegetables. It is served with rice on the side and sometimes a fried egg on top, as shown here. I find the egg isn't needed with so much good protein in this dish, but try it, if you like, to experience the traditional taste of this delicious stir-fry. Once the stir-fry sauce, vegetables and meat are prepared, this dish cooks up in no time. Then just fold in the mint at the end and you're ready to enjoy true Thai cooking from your very own kitchen. Enjoy!

Thai Seafood Curry
This Thai scallop and shrimp curry is beautiful to make and to serve. The scallops and shrimp are simmered in a flavorful Thai curry sauce with white wine just until tender and served up with jasmine rice or a loaf of crusty French bread. The best vegetable for this dish is okra, but if you can't find it eggplant also works well. This is a true gourmet Thai dish you'll enjoy making, and because of the tenderness of the scallops and shrimp, it cooks up quickly and easily. If you're interested in wine pairings, I suggest a crisp white wine or a nice bottle of Shiraz. ENJOY!

Miang Kham Recipe Thai Traditional Food
Miang Kham is a traditional Thai snack food that translates as 'many things in one bite'. The result is an explosion of taste in your mouth. Coconut, tiny shrimp, chili, garlic, ginger and lime all combine to create this amazing effect. Traditionally banana leaves are used, but I find spinach leaves or lettuce leaves work just as well and, unlike banana leaf, can be eaten. Miang Kham is a dish that can be found among the street vendors or is equally at home in an elegant Thai restaurant. Try it, and be sure to share!

Mango Cake Marvelous!
This marvelous mango cake is fresh, fluffy, moist and delicious, plus it's not difficult at all to make. If you can get a hold of fresh, ripe mangos, that is best, but canned mango would make a good substitute. This is a great cake for spring or summer, when mangos come into season, and even kids love it. The other thing I like about this cake is the decorating - it's EASY! After putting on the cream icing, you just toss on some more mango and/or fresh fruit of your choice - it all looks beautiful. ENJOY!

Mango Cake Recipe
This mango cake recipe is so fresh, fluffy and delicious, plus it's simple and fun to make. Great for serving guests, this cake is a little like strawberry shortbread except with the exotic taste of mango. Lemongrass Chicken Easy Thai Recipe
Street cooking in Thailand is kept simple, with a minimal list of ingredients, and yet the food tastes so amazing. That's what you'll find with this easy Thai recipe for lemongrass chicken. Don't be fooled by the simplicity of the ingredients - when they're put together what results is sooo delicious. This recipe is derived from my adventures talking to street cooks in Thailand and watching what they do - the only difference here is that the chicken is baked instead of grilled or stir-fried. I love to make this dish with quarter chicken pieces, but thighs and even plain old chicken breast (skin left on) works well. Note that Carnation evaporated milk is a common street ingredient in Thailand and is often used for curries. Although you can also use coconut milk, I have found the evaporated version far superior in this case. Wonderful with rice or even potatoes if you don't mind a little Easy-meets-West on your table. ENJOY!

Classic Unbattered Thai Fish Cakes Recipe
Thai Fish Cakes are a common street food in Thailand, and are very flavorful compared to most Western fish cake recipes. They aren't battered, which I find allows for more of the fresh taste of the fish, spices, and herbs to come through. These cakes are best eaten fresh out of the oil while they're still hot and juicy. Served them with or without rice, and accompany with Thai sweet chili sauce, chopped cucumber, fresh coriander, and a squeeze of lime juice. Simply delicious!
